To take full advantage of your personal treatment time with The Disha's Beauty we encourage our clients to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. This allows our beauty therapists to fully understand your needs for the treatment and live up to your expectations.
Deposits & Payments
- Deposits: Certain treatments may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment.
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment options. Full payment is due at the time of service.
- Refunds: All service sales are final. Products may be returned within 7–14 days if unopened and unused, with proof of purchase.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Notice Requirement: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellation Fees: Cancellations with less than the required notice may incur a fee (e.g., 50% of the service cost).
- No-Show Policy: Clients who miss appointments without notice may be charged 100% of the service fee and may require a deposit for future bookings.
Promotions & Offers - General T&CWe run regular promotions throughout the year. All promotions without exception are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Offers are valid for a specific time frame, outlined in the published information.
- To be eligible for an Offer, the offer code included in the published information must be provided when booking your appointment or during checkout.
- Offers cannot be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount code, coupon and/or offer.
- Each offer is for single use only and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Bookings are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to modify, cancel or limit any promotion or offer without prior notice, in the best interests of the company or under circumstances of abuse. We also reserve the right to refuse providing offers and/or promotions to particular individuals or organisations at our discretion.
Loyalty Card SchemeEligibility Criteria
- You must be 16 or above to participate in “The Disha's Beauty Loyalty Card” Scheme.
- Only one Loyalty Card is issued per client, and only that client can make use of that Card. It cannot be shared among two or more people.
- Once a Loyalty Card is completed or expired, the client is eligible for a new Loyalty Card.
- Only the client whose name the card is issued on can redeem the Loyalty Card, and it cannot be transferred or gifted to any other individual.
Collecting Rewards
- For each £15 spent on treatments, you can collect one Stamp as your Reward, up to a maximum of 10 Stamps per Salon Visit.
- Every Loyalty Card can accrue ten Stamps. If you accumulate more Stamps on a visit than the spaces available on the Card, you would be issued a new Card. The remaining Stamps can be collected on a new Card. However, the reward on the Loyalty Card with ten Stamps can only be redeemed on the next visit.
- It will be the client’s sole responsibility to get their Loyalty Card stamped after every treatment before leaving the premises. The Disha's Beauty cannot be held liable if any of the Stamps are missed.
- Rewards cannot be earned on Retail Products and Gift Vouchers.
- Rewards cannot be earned on Groupon or Wowcher deals.
- Rewards can only be earned on payments made by Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfers and Gift Cards.
- Rewards cannot be earned on payments made by Complimentary Vouchers and Reward Vouchers.
Redeeming Rewards
- Once a Loyalty Card accumulates ten Stamps, it becomes a £5 Reward Voucher which can be redeemed on your next visit.
- The Reward Voucher can only be used for any treatments.
- The Reward Voucher cannot be used to pay for Retail Products and Gift Vouchers.
- The Reward Voucher cannot be used with Groupon or Wowcher deals.
- The Rewards Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Loyalty Card
- The Disha's Beauty Ltd does not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged Loyalty Cards.
- New Loyalty Card could be issued at the client’s request if the Card was lost, stolen or damaged.
Validity Period
- A Loyalty Card is valid for one year from the date of issue.
- All Rewards accrued on Loyalty Card must be redeemed before the Loyalty Card expires.
- The Reward Voucher on a Loyalty Card expires at the same time as the Card.
Our Rights
- The Loyalty Card is issued by The Disha's Beauty Ltd and remains its property. The Disha's Beauty reserves the right to withdraw it at any time.
- The Disha's Beauty, at its discretion, can refuse, withdraw, or remove the Loyalty Card/Scheme as it deems fit to them.
- The Disha's Beauty has the right to terminate or amend this Scheme at any time without any liability with or without any prior notice to the “Loyalty Card Scheme holders” individually. However, The Disha's Beauty may notify the clients through their website and social media platforms and the notification published in their Salon.
- By participating in the Loyalty Card Scheme, the client agrees to all Terms and conditions specified above and all changes as deemed fit by “The Disha's Beauty.”
- Decision taken by “The Disha's Beauty” regarding the Loyalty Card Scheme will be final.

TestsEyelash/Eyebrow Patch test
- We take your personal satisfaction and safety very seriously, so to help us maintain our 5-star service. So clients who have not previously had an eyelash or eyebrow treatment with The Disha's Beauty, or have not had this service within the last 6 months are required to have a patch test 48 hours prior to their appointment.
Tanning Skin Test
- Clients who have not enjoyed a tanning treatment with The Disha's Beauty, or have not had this service within the last 6 months are required to have a tint test 48 hours prior to their appointment.
Gift Vouchers
- Valid for 6–12 months from the date of purchase.
- Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
- Expired Gift vouchers will not be accepted.
Children & Pet
- For safety reasons, children under 12 must be supervised at all times and are not allowed in treatment areas unless receiving a service.
- Only service animals are permitted in the clinic or salon.
